Ingredients
- Bourbon45 ml
- Honey1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice20 ml
- Cinnamon (optional)1 stick
Method
- 01
Before you begin, measure every ingredient to the recipe and have the serving glass and ice ready.

Add plenty of ice to a mixing glass and stir gently until well chilled, keeping the drink clear.

Dissolve the honey in hot water.

Add the whisky and lemon juice and stir
