Method

Before you begin, measure every ingredient to the recipe and have the serving glass and ice ready.

Add plenty of ice to a mixing glass and stir gently until well chilled, keeping the drink clear.

Stir the liquid ingredients over plenty of ice for 20-25 seconds.

Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
