Dark 'n' Stormy

Ingredients

• Dark Rum — 50 ml
• Ginger Beer — 100 ml
• Lime Juice — 10 ml

Method

1. 01

   Before you begin, measure every ingredient to the recipe and have the serving glass and ice ready.

2. 02

   Add the ingredients to the serving glass in recipe order; pour any carbonated topper slowly and last.

3. 03

   Fill the glass with ice.

4. 04

   Add the ingredients to a highball glass in order.

5. 05

   Float the rum on top last.
